2. Zhineng Qigong

    Zhineng Qigong, arranged by Prof. Ming Pang, consists of a series of dynamic and static forms including

  • Lift Qi up and pour Qi down,
    which is effective in absorbing and accumulating Qi and allows one to feel the sensation of Qi flow in the body in a short time;
  • Three centers merge standing form,
    which can also be considered as a basic training method of martial art;
  • Body and mind form,
    which stretches, from head to toes, the joins less used in daily life and is very effective in healing;
  • Five one form,
    which is characterized by the use of sound and cultivating the Qi of the internal organs.

3. Five-Dragon School Inner Alchemy Qigong

    Inner alchemy (neidan) refers to the technique combining visualization and breath control to create the Gold Elixir in the inner landscape of the practitioner’s own body. The method taught by the Five-Dragon School starts with circulating Qi in the Ren-Du channel (small orbit circulation) and ends in the embryo breathing state in which one unites with the universe and the universal energy constantly pours into one’s body.
